TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
By renting our signs, you agree to the terms and conditions of rental. Please read before making your payment.
You are not purchasing the signs, you are only renting them. You are responsible for the signs while they are on your property or the property for which you have rented them for.
Please schedule lawn care around the rental time. You will be responsible for any damaged or missing signs. Lawnmowers and weed eaters can damage the signs.
You are responsible for approval from any HOA, management, or neighborhood boards.
Please do not attach balloons or anything else to our signs. Balloons get hot in the sun and may pop. If a hot balloon blows against our sign, the sign may be damaged. Feel free to take pictures and tag us in your photos! But please don’t hang or climb on the signs. They are not made to hold weight.
We are not responsible or liable for any damage or injury that may be caused to any person or personal property while our signs are on the property.
Please do not move or remove our signs for any reason. If you need them taken down earlier than scheduled, please contact us and we will gladly remove them for you.
Payment is expected at the time you place your order. If your delivery is outside of Abilene city limits, we have a delivery fee. We can take a payment over the phone or email you an invoice with a link to pay online. We also accept cash. Once your payment goes through, you have successfully booked/reserved your letters for your date! By making your payment, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
We begin delivering after 8:00 pm the day before your event. Pickup begins after 8:00 pm the evening of your event, unless you requested more than a 1 day rental. Then pickup will occur after 8:00 pm the day your rental ends.
We cannot set up the letters during inclement or hazardous weather conditions. If it is actively lightening and/or thundering, heavily raining, flooding, hailing, or sleeting we will not be able to set up your letters. We will do our best to still set up for your event. If we can’t set up due to hazardous weather conditions, we will refund your payment.
No refunds will be given for the following: customer providing wrong delivery address, property owners requesting us to remove the signs, denied access to gated communities, the presence of animals preventing us from safely setting up the signs, or any other circumstance beyond our control.
We reserve the right to refuse any political, discriminatory, or any other message that we feel doesn’t best represent our company.
